Due to some students registering for courses, not paying and not showing up for teh course, we have developed a NO-SHOW POLICY. Prospective Students may not realize that when we set up a course, we have to not only pay for the classroom rental fee, but we also have to purchase/have on hand enough course materials for each student. Unfortunately, these items are not free. We cannot have students registering for a course and not showing up because we still have to pay for the cost of renting the room and course materials. Our creditors do not allow us the luxery of not paying for the classroom if students do not show up. This negatively affects the landlord’s ability to rent out the classroom to other clients. The following is our new NO-SHOW POLICY effectively immediately.
