All students wishing to take our Concealed Carry Qualification Course must sign the Hold Harmless Concealed Carry Permit Agreement. Please download the document, sign it and provide a copy of it with the rest of your registration information.
We ask that all students please download the Liability Waiver Form, fill it out and either email or mail the completed form along with your payment for class. All students are required to sign a Liability Waiver Form in order to participate in any of our classes.
