People say there is nothing wrong in this country!

On September 19, 2019, there was an article posted on Yahoo’s Hoe Page that I find quite disturbing about the state of this country. And what I find even more disturbing is the fact that this did not even make any of the major news outlets simply because it did not involve a firearm. We have included a link for you to be able to actually see the article. Teen arrested after stabbing another teen to death while dozens stood by and filmed it.

The victim, Khaseen Morris, 16, was allegedly involved in a fight over a girl in Oceanside, New York. The other alleged participant in the fight was Tyler Flach, 18, from Lido Beach. He was arrested and charged with murder. Authorities stated that the victim was specifically targeted by Flach and several others who were involved. Morris was stabbed in the chest, but later died in the hospital.

It has been reported by witnesses that as many as 70 kid’s were witness to the stabbing and instead of trying to help the victim, they used their cell phones to actually film the victim bleeding to death. Is this what this country has come to? IS IT BETTER TO HAVE A COOLER VIDEO OF SOMEONE DYING THAN TO HELP A DYING PERSON? What are parents teaching their children today? I know when I was growing up, if I had the ability to help someone and I just stood there and watch someone die, not only would my parents have made me turn myself in to the authorities, they would have done so after they whooped my behind. What really upsets and angers me is that no-one seems to even care about the ways these kid’s acted. There is no continuing 24 hour coverage by the media, no protests, and it seems that not one person other than the victims family is upset that this even happened.

It also makes us sick that this country has allowed this to become the normal. It totally blows our mind that the major news outlets have not even covered this except for maybe a passing mention in their news casts. Now, had there been a firearm involved, there would be mass media hysteria, people would be protesting in the streets, and various spokes people for different political groups would be on the news touting gun control until you could not take it anymore. But the death of a sixteen year old by several others does not even make an honorable mention on the National News Outlets. What the hell is wrong with people? This is not the country that I know my parents and grandparents left us. Are we that removed from each other, that savage and uncaring that this is acceptable by any stretch of the imagination? People better wake up and get there priorities straight.

People say I am nuts, Democrats do not want to take away guns. Listen to Democratic Presidential Candidate Beto O’Rourke.

As if most people do not already know, those in the Democratic Party have always wanted to take guns away. What gets me is how they seem to think that taking away guns from law abiding citizens will stop criminals from using them against the unarmed. This is how stupid these people are. If anyone wants to see the report of these comments made by Mr. O’Rourke, who is one of the Democratic Parties candidates for Presidential Nomination, please click the link and read for yourself. Beto O’Rourke “Hell yes we are going to take your AR15.”This is very scary that one person can think that their ideals and beliefs should be the only one’s considered. Seems to me to have some type of God complex.

They are getting even more and more brazen with gun control. It baffles me to no end how someone can think with all of the research that has been done on this subject, how one can come to the conclusion that taking guns away from people who follow the laws that we are governed by, and do the right thing, will somehow stop criminals. Do they honestly think that a criminal is going to think to themselves before committing a crime, “Hey, I probably should not do this because I am breaking the law and I should always follow the law.” For those of you who do not get it: No, criminals do not actually think that. What they do think is hey, this person looks like a law abiding citizen which means they probably do not have a firearm so what can they do to stop me from committing this crime against them? That is how simple it is folks.
This Presidential Candidate, Beto O’Rourke, in last weeks Democratic Presidential Debate held in Houston, Texas, was asked by the commentator ” Are you proposing taking away their guns and how would this work?” O’Rourke’s response was: “I am if it is a weapon that was designed to kill people on a battlefield; if they high impact high velocity round when it hits your body shreds everything inside of your body because it was designed to do that so that you would bleed to death on a battlefield and not be able to get up and kill one of our soldiers. When we see that being used against children and in Odessa I met the mother of a 15-year-old girl who was shot by an AR-15 and that mother watched her bleed to death over the course of an hour because so many other people were shot by that AR-15 in Odessa and Midland there weren’t enough ambulances to get to them in time. Hell yes we are going to take your AR-15, your AK-47. We are not going to allow it to be used against fellow Americans anymore.” What really blows my mind is that he is not speaking about punishing those who are committing these God awful acts of violence against other human beings. No, what he is actually doing is vilifying those who chose to own these firearms simply because he does not believe they should own them. When one person forces their own opinions and beliefs on others, that is called a dictatorship, not a democracy. Sometimes I wonder if those who believe in gun control actually want that to happen in this country.

Any educated person can read this and understand that taking guns out of law abiding persons hands only leaves you vulnerable and unable to protect yourself from anyone, including your own government. Let that sink in.
