The Supreme Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed requesting the overturning of New York City Gun Control Law stating that firearm’s owners were not allowed to transport their firearms outside of their home. The reasoning of the dismissal is because New York City had adjusted it’s Gun Control Law regarding transportation of personally owned firearms to allow transportation outside of the home.
